Hosting and technical delivery

The website is delivered from rented infrastructure supplied by RackNerd LLC. The currently public server endpoint is technically identified as being in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The application itself runs without a Uvicorn access log.

Delivering a website technically requires the processing of data such as the IP address, time, requested address, transferred volume, status code, browser or device information and, where supplied, the referring page. The purpose is secure, stable and error-free delivery. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interests are operational security, defence against abuse and technical delivery.

TheSeoler does not build a persistent visitor profile from this information. Data required to defend against or investigate a concrete security incident may be retained until the matter is resolved where necessary.

Cookies, local storage and analytics

This website currently uses no non-essential cookies, stores no visitor identifier in Local Storage or Session Storage, and uses no analytics, audience measurement, advertising pixels or profiling.

All fonts, JavaScript libraries, graphics and the 3D model are delivered by the website's own server. Loading a page therefore creates no additional connection to an external CDN, font provider or analytics provider. A consent banner is not required for this current functionality. If consent-based services are added later, they must be technically blocked before consent and this notice must be updated.

Contact by email

Selecting an email address only opens the email program configured on your device; the website itself submits no form data. If you send an email, we process the contact, content and metadata you provide to handle your enquiry.

For contracts or pre-contractual steps, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in appropriate communication. Enquiries are deleted when completed unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons require further storage.

Recipients and international transfers

Recipient categories are limited to the technically necessary hosting and email providers, and public authorities or other bodies where disclosure is legally required. Data are not shared for advertising or analytics.

RackNerd LLC is a United States provider. The currently observed server endpoint is in Frankfurt. Whether support, billing or infrastructure access creates an additional third-country transfer must be checked in the data-processing agreement. If personal data are processed outside the European Economic Area, a lawful transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR must be in place first.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR's requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons arising from your particular situation.

You may also complain to a data-protection supervisory authority. In North Rhine-Westphalia, the competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia. To exercise your rights, email [email protected].

Security and updates

The public website is intended to be provided exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections. Security headers restrict, among other things, third-party scripts, framing and access to the camera, microphone and location.
